I was spoiled. Here was my schedule in the 80’s. Davenport, end of June, elkhorn, the next weekend on the 4th of July weekend. Then on to tomah the weekend after that. Also had regional pull in Morris Illinois mixed in during the week that was like a GN pull due the pullers staying in the area for the other 3 pulls.
Davenport, IA has had an ECIPA pull in June the past few years, beli

There's coding you can get from a google sheet to make it just read only to post on your website.
Look at our results page www.ecipa.net. This shows you how we do it, I'd like to tweak the sizing a little bit, but I'm no web designer and can't figure it out without screwing a bunch of things up.

We use a random number generator from 1-1000, use excel or google sheets, assign whatever number they generate next to their name, then sort the completed class list from lowest to highest.
Real simple. We use google sheets, we can link this to our website to update live. This way pullers, fans can see real time results and pulling orders, rather than bug the sign up girls or line up guys eve

They have go-kart/lawnmower/atv racing in there every winter. It could work, and you'd have covered pit space in some of the barns available.

It makes for some good stories though! I wasn't mad about it. It was probably good to sweat out some of beer from that night..

Back in 2016, I got hung up trying to get a t-shirt from a puller behind the northside stands, my buddies didn't want to wait and took the ranger back to the camper on the opposite end of the campgrounds.
Mind you, I've been in a wheelchair for 15 years now. I wheeled myself at 1am back to the camper through everything the campground is known for at 1am on Saturday night of BG.

When classes get that big, the only true way to get your "champion" is to have heats. Bring back your top 10 from each heat for your finals or "B" main if you have too.
There is 98 entries in the Knoxville Nationals this week for 1 class. They don't run all 98 in the feature on Saturday night
Is this practical? Sometimes, the promoters will need to plan for this ahead of time and not 5

We have accepted membership and sponsorship payments via PayPal. It works OK.
Check with your bank, many banks offer a bill pay program where you can submit "bills" (aka your winners), and they will automatically print and mail a check to your winners. We use this for our club. I will say though, that some banks do this MUCH better than others. We switched banks for ECIPA 2 years ago and have

It's up to the puller to be under 3000rpm prior to their hook. We will check their RPM's once at the beginning of the season. Then we will log the whole class and check at the end of the pull to see if anybody was over.
We use a Agritronix speed board setup to watch speed. 10.1mph is dq for our farm stock class. 16.1 is dq for our 2 Hot 2 Farm class.

Call up Fair Valley Performance, they make a RPM box that will record the whole classes RPM for review by your tech officials, or to check RPM's prior to the pull.
