There are a number of stipulations before one can just claim a engine. Heck you can even exchange an engine. Below is IMCA's claim rules.
1. In order to receive claim card, IMCA license must be purchased prior to June 1. Exception is any driver selling an engine at an IMCA sanctioned
event after June 1, will be issued a claim card.
2. Claim rule will not be in effect on first TWO track

Well.. this year has been one that we all wish to soon forget..
After going without rain for the past month, Mother Nature has dumped over 6"+ in the past 2 days, and 50 degree weather does not dry out a good clay track that fast.
With that being said, and more rain in the forecast for the weekend, the 300 Raceway promoters have decided to cancel the pull scheduled for this coming Saturday.

Following the success of the PPL Champions Tour last month, the 300 Raceway crew in Farley, IA have decided to have another truck and tractor pull!
This will be the final ECIPA pull of the 2020 season!
Sleds will be Bauer's Ironman's.

New 300,000sqft building going up in Rock Island this year. Mecum's Gone Farming auction is moving there for 2021, may be a possiblity.
UNIDome would be about the only other building that could host one, there's a monster truck show coming up (or maybe canceled), thought about contacting the promoter and see what they say.. but didn't. Would need at least a year to plan.
