ntpa rules question??? - 12 years ago
after reading the thread about the drawbar issue at the nfms, ive wondered how long has the 18"x20" drawbar spec been around.the oldest rulebook i have is 1984 and its in there.i would think thats just common knowledge.this got me to wondewrin what the oldest standing rules are,are there any old rules still on the rulebook from the earliest days of the ntpa,if not what would the oldest ones be,imby patches - Forum

Re: More Tomah - 12 years ago
aaahhh my favorite class, why, variety.no other class since this era has had this variety..so why was this class abandon shortly after on the national scale, was it low numbers, politics,or since the 466 based tractors all lightened up to run the seven,it made the 55 pullers into a one hook event..by patches - Forum
Re: Pulling Hall of Fame (Modifieds) - 12 years ago
good topic for discussion, and id like to suggest that the mod division as well as the ss division for the hall of fame might be split somehow into categories of some sort.as most board users have seen over the years,i am a fan of the light classes, which the early years sometimes are overlooked.a section for the mechanical aspect of pulling would be neet to,bill humphries, spelling is off, cant be lby patches - Forum

blue shirts-old video - 12 years ago
question for the blue shirts.surely a pull of the size of bowling green would have been filmed.maybe not the first year, but if it was as big as it was supposed to be i think they would have filmed it the second year, and so on.with the interest in the old videos below,it seems like a good idea to put them on dvd and sell them to raise funds for the museum.im sure many of the pullers and fans alikeby patches - Forum
