I have not been to Louisville for 5 years since I started doing the pull at the Western Farm Show in Kansas City the following week. This year the way the calendar worked out there is two weeks between shows and I got to come in this year. I thought Butch and Dave made a good team announcing at this years pull. A lot smoother than the first and only year I heard them together 5 years ago. That c

Have to agree with Jake on this one. The new video disappointed me also. I will play the old one next week at Kansas City and still like it the best. Our fans only see this once or twice a year with only two sessions at Western Farm Show and that keeps it from getting redundant. Five days in a row at Louisville farm show and new video not as good as old one, can see your point. Thanks, Doug

Here is the lineup for the 2016 Western Farm Show Championship Pull. Had over 160 entries for the 100 spots, so moved the Super Farm class to Saturday to help with more entries on Friday and took 116 entries total. Will hook 60 on Friday night in 5 classes and 56 on Saturday night with 7 classes. Thanks to everyone that sent in and tuff to have to turn some down but can only do so many per night.

Well the first picture wasn't very good so I replaced it with another one. The website said could not be over 250 KB so print shop sent it at 249 and I guess that was too close to the maximum allowed and it would not accept. LOL sounds like tractor pulling run as close to the limit as allowed. Any way all I had was a low res and now replaced with a new one from print shop. Merry Christmas to

I am not for sure what classes the Missouri State Fair are having on Sunday but would think one of those classes will be the 4.1 tractor class that all these mentioned tractors can run in. As far as 40 tractors in one class you probably not far off on that prediction. Last summer we had a pull at Montgomery City with 18 of the 4.1 tractors while on the same day in Platte City they had 15 of the 4

I see all this on here about the Missouri State Fair and when you look at these bigger fairs they usually last about 10 days and in those 10 days they need to make as much hay as possible. They plan all year for those 10 days and look at all their different entertainment to draw the most people to the fair. A lot of people have been participating in the Missouri State Fair tractor pull longer tha

I have been getting some calls from different competitors in the 2.6 Diesel 4WD class about the open driveline rules. Outlaws made the decision to allow open driveline (rear end, drop box, transmission) in this class starting in 2016. We made this decision during the summer as we saw truck after truck break at our events. Outlaws just started offering this 2.6 Diesel 4WD Truck class 3 years ago a

I have had a few calls this week from competitors that were not sure on what day they hook at Wisner. My answer to them and this is what I also posted when we set the classes at Rock Valley 12 weeks ago is that since it is now a three session event like Wisner we will run the same order at both events each year. So if you did not go to Rock Valley look at the results page on our website and you c

The pull at Winfield, KS has been cancelled. They had 3/4 inch of rain last night and another 2 1/2 this morning. Probably could have made track work but only grass parking in the infield for hauling rigs. After talking to D4x4 sponsor, he is going to give $500 bonus to any D4x4 Truck that wins at both events in Sweet Springs, MO on Saturday and Mound City, KS on Sunday. If no one wins both they
