My opinion is ~8 events and ~16 hooks, all should be two events, unless they are two events within a few hours of each other that can be made on the same trip (Fri/Sat). I also would like all events to be a Fri/Sat if possible. It would also be nice if there weren't 3-4 events on back to back to back weekends.

SSFWD Trucks All trucks competing in SS FWD division only are required to use a SFI certified steel or titanium bellhousing No aluminum bellhousings allowed in this division. Does anyone know if this is for Gas or Diesel or both? and if so, why only this division?

Honestly, I think some sort of training/education should be required. I remember the first time I hooked at a NTPA pull or any pull for that matter, I barely knew what I was doing and what the procedural steps were...etc. The only way I half-way knew what to do was by watching others. 15k is more than enough. The rolling resistance of those tractors combined is likely less than 15k. I have never tried Harbor Freight but SuperWinch seems to be a decent value winch. I've always considered Warn Winches as my top choice but for a 15K one they are pretty expensive. I have an 18K Synthetic Rope Super Winch and it works great. Cost is around $1300 compared to a 16.5 Warn SR

If you use the rule of thumb of 20 BTU per sqft your talking about 8000-10,000 BTU but I think that is an underestimate, especially for a "non-Residential" unit. I installed a 24K BTU 2 head mini-split unit in my 57' trailer with living quarters and it works great with basic insulation in the ceiling. As a add on question I know a lot of pullers keep notes. I'm not asking for all the inside secrets on the tracks, for example there are certain track that you are only going to win if you pull on a certain line, but it would be interesting to start a list of track specs. Length, width, soil type, power track...etc.

I've used both Corsa and RPM. RPM is simple, easy to use, and a great value. Corsa is a premium product at a premium price. Both have great service support. The difference in my opinion is the data logging function is easier to read after the run with Corsa. Everything on one screen and synced.

Guess we could say the same thing about farmers? I see them buying new equipment all the time but complaining about profit going down, while food prices go up, exponentially plus the low interest loans, federal assistance....etc. (obviously, this isn't how I really feel about farmers, growing up on one myself but it's the same logic)
