Re: Lawrenceburg, TN MidSouth R6 Hook - 13 years ago
Pictures now up at PullingNation Lawrenceburg is really good event in a town that could be considered one of the Super Farm epicenters of the country. Look for more photos and coverage in a future issue of The Puller magazine, and as always stop by www.MidSouthPullers.com for schedules, results, and video by Crutch. The next stop for MSPA is next weekend in Hazel Green, Alabama for a 2-day sby Bryan Lively - Forum

Thanks for the compliment! The Trax Unleashed truck is another top-notch vehicle in a great pulling family. The back of the truck includes a wonderful tribute to Mr. Jesse Fuqua, Jacob's grandfather who many knew and loved in the MSPA, who passed away recently. Don't forget to pick up some vids from J R, too. JR and Bonnie are two of the best folks in the business. Bonnie is pretty much a saint for putting up with J R anyway. If a DVD could be worn out, I've worn out J R's footage from The Buck in the Seventies and early eighties and the Indy Super Pull set. All good stuff!!! BLby Bryan Lively - Forum

Re: Pulling Sleds - 14 years ago
To the best of my knowledge those royalties/fees have long ceased. I researched sleds for an article for The Puller a couple years back and found a wealth of information about sled design. If we want to point directly to the origin of the sled as we know it, we need to look at J.B. Davidson's sled/dyno from 1924. A crude early interpretation of the sled, yes, but it has all the very basby Bryan Lively - Forum

Kicking off the 2010 Indoor circuit is the Southern Invitational Indoor Truck and Tractor Pull at the Tennessee Miller Coliseum in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Joe Wamble and David Holbrook offer up yet another edition of this fine pull with three sessions of action starting on Friday January 8th at 7pm Central Time and a Finals session Saturday evening. Re: who is in at Murfreesboro Tn Pull??? - 14 years ago
Crutch and J R- Having good folks like you two around make pulling that much more fun. I sleep well at night and I am thankful for having the many opportunities I have been blessed with in this sport. I remain unangered and quite amused at the notion that a keyboard somewhere in pulling land gets a workout every time I decide to post something somewhere. Congrats to Rob, Monica, Marty, and everyone else that is finding out that they're in for the pull in the 'Boro. It should be an outstanding event at a great facility. I encourage everyone that can attend to come on down and enjoy the pull. From what I understand there is going to be some good numbers of LLSS and LSS down there, hope that the numbers will be similar at all the other wby Bryan Lively - Forum

Re: (originaly 3-bottom plow) type tractors? - 14 years ago
I like this conversation that has been created here about LSS and LLSS. I don't own or drive either one, but I've probably seen more runs by a LSS than any other pulling vehicle in the past 25 years that pulling has been my motorsport of choice. Somehow, some way, the ORVTPA figured it out how to develop parity in the alky vs diesel battle and I say kudos to them. While a handful ofby Bryan Lively - Forum
