If the sled has a monitor like the one from ag tronix it has a speed sensor built in it so you can set it to sound a horn if they go over the speed limit. That way you don't have to put a pace vehicle out there and puts the effort on them to know how fast they are running.

NTPA states that crank centerline may not be below the centerline of the rear axle and must be parallel within 2 degrees in relationship to the GROUND. two degrees equals 7/16 inch per foot. This equals approx 4 inches of fall from center of rear axle tothe 114 inch wheelbase point.this to be measured with tire hitch and weight in ready to pull position. Yes if the rearend and crankshaft are bolt

If you have a set of 29 inch tall tires on the front and you change to a set of 27 inch tires, then you drop the front of the tractor 1 inch, therefore droping the front of the of the engine and changing the angle of the engine in comparison to the ground.

I believe that I would wait to see what the verdict is before I paid my dues. I pulled with a group that didn't enforce the rules, so I left them. If you don't get the truth or a smoke cloud is moving in then don't support them.

Well if they say a bb deere has an advantage in the limited pro class, and their going to ban them. Then they just as well ban them from every outlaw class because the performance advantage is still there. But they won't do that till some whines and crys about. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Chris out pulled me!!!!!

Just a thought here, if you would have had roberts machine out of carthage build your engine i'll bet they would still be allowed in the lps class.

What was the reasoning for eliminating the BB deere, cubic inch or head flow or what? If you meet the class rules, cubic inch, pump size, turbo size, weight, then somebody crys louder than you do. I know you passed the cubic inch protest so thats low to change things in mid year to make the others happy. I'm a red fan, but if I can't out pull you I better get to work on mine, rather cry

Do you think Lustiks built that tractor? They bought it from Ernie Conner, it was the Bad Medicine tractor. That was one of the first big alky motors that Brent Long built besides for himself.

You might try Roger Tullis on El Dorado Ks, I don't have a # for him or you might try the Kansas Econo Pullers Assoc and someone there might know who built it or maybe someone to get in touch with. Good Luck.

Went to the fair last night, they had 90 or so hooks, had 91 on friday night. They put on a great show. Heard that the outlaws had 25 hooks at the raceway, took a pause in the middle and hooked em slow to make a 2 hour show out of it. What was it you told the fair board Doug, I'll show you, i'll have a pull in springfield. Well it worked, also heard that the outlaws won't be back t

Went last year and the outlaws advertised the two wheel drive class, and only buffalo chips showed up. They announced that he was there to try out some things, just making an exhibition pass. They took a 20 minute pause in between classes to stretch the show out. Only had 6 light supers and 5 pro stocks, if it wasn't for the 4 wheel drives they wouldn't have had a show. Thats why they a
