Go to ace chassis website or to haslag steel website, they have pictures of hitches and wheelie bars, the hitches bolt on to the original drawbar site under the tractor and to where the pto bolts to the case.

Watched a 3020 go about 100 ft on the wheelie bars and 1 rear tire after the hitch broke and had no kill switch. Also ran a sled for a year and just about had to fight a group of people cause I wouldn't let a drunk puller hook to the sled.

If you already have a pulling tractor and runs as good as you say in your previous statement, then why are you asking how much hp a 404 can make? Seems you would have a pretty good idea, and know what to change to make it better.

Not trying to be sarcastic, but what are the chances of someone having a shield on their tractor that is the same set up as yours? Like the guy said, Get the gas axe, a grinder, and some imagination fabrication, and you will have a shield.

If it can be separated and each part weighs less than 70 lbs UPS will ship it, if not you need to contact a freight co. like R&L carriers, Yellow frt, SAIA, Central frt and get a quote from them.

Re: oil - 14 years ago
Why don't you just put 2 or 3 quarts of heavy weight oil in with your 40 wt, or what wt you run. Lucas is nothing more than heavy viscosity base stock with no additive package in it. What they advertise on the bottle is true, its 100 percent petroleum, but they just don't tell the rest of the story. Kind of expensive for just base stock. All oils start with the same basic base then add

It wasn't slow they had over 100 hooks, thats why it took a while. You could have went to the Outlaw pull and saw 29 hooks of which half were trucks, and you could have saw a huge limited pro class, 4 tractors.

outlaws did it to themselves last time they were there, when you advertise a twd class and its a state hook and only 1 truck shows up it has the effect of pi$$ing off the fair board and the crowd. If they want someone to blame look in the mirror.

You get 3 checks totaling about 60 grand and they bounce and you DON'T know how to collect it???????????? DUH, they have laws against writing bad checks, take them to court. Worst case you will get a judgement against them, and have to keep track of their business or personel jobs to collect your money, but it can be done.

The driver was told repeatedly to park the 4 wheeler so he was taking responsibility for what happened, drunk in the back or not.

Point taken, but how owned the 4 wheeler, and who was driving it, when your driving your responsible for the riders.

Yeah, went to a outlaw pull in 09, had 4 classes there and a total of 29 hooks. Had 4 limited pros there and 15 four wheel drives. What a waste of 15 dollars. I won't go to another one!
