Best rush I've had so far was turning a blown mini sideways in front of the sled then being pushed down the track by the sled.

As for the chassis we built one using one inch od tubing and 3/4 od for the bracing in it, and have another with wedge rails similar to a wysong built by breeze machine, his # is 417-399-3898.

We thought about a carb on ours but went ahead and injected it, but instead of an intercooler we inject water ahead of the turbo, cools fine.

The CS 1 is used in the Pro Mods and they run 2500 hp, and I know of a couple of street cars that run lenco's and they down shift them. Not sure how it would work under a load pulling a sled, you're going to have shock load on it when you down shift.

I ran a 468 and had 4 ply stones. Had a tire cutter tell me to look at the tire tracks when it spins out, if there is a mound in the bottom of the hole to add more air until it goes away. It worked for me. My sons have small tire minis and one has a higher total gear and we have to run more air to get the hop to go away in it.

have the block sonic tested in the top of each cylinder, that will tell if that is the only thin spot, or if you have others.

use a heat gun to remove the stickers, or take it to a graffix or sign shop and have them do a vinyl over lay on all the trailer. watched that done several times, works and looks good.

Yes, gussets will take the flex out of it, and you may have a problem with your welding procedure. You are welding a mild steel plate to a hardened axle.

As to saving you money, you didn't add the cost of all the alcohol you would consume in a pulling season. So I don't know if it would save you any money to become an arm chair puller, but you would have so much knowledge at the end of the year, that you could charge people for that knowledge!!! You might be right being an arm chair puller!!!!

We called Hilborn told them what we were building and about how much boost we thought we would have and they gave us an estimate on how much fuel was needed. We run a to4b with 20 lbs boost, and have a 2 stage fuel system. Email me if you want a little more info.

You also need to have the correct rocker geometry, being when the valve is half way open the rocker should be level and that is not as critical as the tip of the rocker should be in the center of the valve stem.

If its a 93 it should be a IDI motor I think, Don't remember when the switch to the powerstroke was?? Anyway I found a 7.3 IDI that had a rod out of it and bought the turbo manifolds valve covers air cleaner and down pipe for 800.00 and everything bolted on in an afternoon. Then take the cover off the side of the injection pump and turn the motor over until the hole in the ring lines up, tak
