I beg to differ with you about the 3LM being better than an HX40, we’ve had both on a 400 series and a 361, for one a 3LM is rather lazy on a 361 with a 2.75 exhaust wheel and no air bleeds. The HX40 also makes 8-10lbs more boost.

I’m willing to bet if the Chisek tractors keep running PPL you’ll see diminishing numbers there real soon as well. No one likes getting beat by 20-30’ on a regular basis

One of the biggest problem is there is too many national organizations and classes dividing everything up. NASCAR and NHR are the premier divisions. In pulling look at how much time is waisted comparing OTTPA,NTPA and PPL. They all have their own rule and class variations

Like mist John Deere’s don’t have 466’s in them to, come on let’s be realistic if you have a competitive Deere it’s got at least a 466 in it. The whole truck motor thing is a joke. If everyone would of just taken the 466 crank and pistons out and put them in the 414/436 blocks then what would everyone cry about on a binder

They had all day to open that track up and let it dry out! Those DSS guys really put their motors to a test last night on that complete @#$%& track! A pretty disappointing show for $25 and $4 beer. One track didn’t start till 8 and the other one didn’t start till 9 then they didn’t even run all the classes.

I know what models came with Cummins but there isn’t hardly any of those sheet metal’d tractors running them on the track. The 99.9% statement is more accurate than the Cummins lover is probably willing to admit. I commend Kevin for doing all the R&D to get it run and run well

I agree! Pretty disappointed, I wasn't able to get there right when it started but I was only 1 hour late and missed all 3 super stock classes and the 4.1 limeted pros! Too finish the show with SS 4wd trucks is pathetic for a state fair event plus charge $40 for a pit pass! This was the biggest hose job of a pull I've been too in quite some time!

Does anyone have any NOS .020" main bearings laying around for 361/407 engine. They have been discontinued, really hate to have to grind it to .030!
