Just put a 7.4 or 8.4 SISU and be done with it. It's already been done so no need to reinvent the wheel. Much better engine than the Perkins

You could always just bolt a Sisu 7.4 or 8.4 in there. Way better head than the Perkins. Also comes factory with a P pump. And it will easily make that power range.

Yea.... They actually already did that last year. Bowling Green, OH and Hamburg, NY were on the same weekend.

Beat thing to do is start calling your local Massey or Agco dealers. They would have a better answer for you than I would.

Yes the 1100 rear will hold up to a 7.4 Sisu. Profab depends on how much power and what class you will be planning on running. I feel the Sisu is a better starting point for a Massey than any of the other options.

Both are good motors. Probably better to up the 7.4. It is 451 factory cubes so it wouldn't take much extra bore.

It's actually a Sisu. I wish someone would.

The 8.4 Sisu would be the biggest engine to transplant. Makes good power too. Depending on your rules it shouldn't be an issue.

One word. Sisu. There is not enough room in the 354 Perkins and the head is terrible. A 7.4 Sisu would be much better.

That sounds like a lot of work abd extra money spent. A 7.4 would be a lot easier and is almost at your limit for the class. Talking to someone that has put a running Sisu motor into a Massey rear would be best. There have been a lot of theories given. Not many pictures or actual facts. Just my suggestions.

I remember years ago there was an article in the Puller magazine about one being built by Conners. Warp Speed was the name of the tractor. Don't know if it ever made a pass down the track or not. I would think that with the advancement that Carlton Cope has made would help. I as well would love to see one run against the GN guys.

Don't mess with the factory housings and just put a profab in. Will save you time and money in the end.
