He did give his opinion, he just did it on his Facebook page where no no name cowards could jump all over his opinion. He even performed some strength tests to show how it works. He did not post on this thread about doing so and none of you would have known had someone not alerted you to it.

QuoteLim Pro Puller
It's totally a shame that PPL is privately owned or legal action could head this off for a year. As pullers we can all just choose to pull with Outlaws or other organizations and still hurt them in the pocket book. Now all you Northwest Pullers can stop it as you have a rules meeting. I don't pull there but I would just make sure it doesn't happen til next year.

The Original Michael -- what class do you pull, jus curious, cause you seem to know about every class going, you must have a ton of experience of owning and building and maintaining one, but if you don't own one or ever have , you really dont know !!!!
What class do you pull 2nd opinion? I don’t own one but I’ve built ag rears for prostock, limited pro and light pro and o

Well that’s just it, the genie should have never been bottled. The chassis option should have been available for the 4.1’s from the beginning and for absolute certainty the light pro should have never been allowed to start without it. Currently there is no choice but to spend money on strength and or weight reduction to handle the power output of these classes that the component chassis would m

Lol they already are and for your information there are plenty in those classes who have all the best of the best stuff any other ag chassis class has. Go ahead and drop to one of them if you like and see how it works out for you. They’ve put in the time and spent the money, you’ll just be another competitor in the class

The last few comments made here at the end of this thread are proof of the tunnel vision that will likely forever throttle the growth of the sport. I’m not sure if you are aware of it or not but tractor pulling is a product which must be sold to a fan base in order to survive. If you have only one variant in a class it promotes boring repetition and creates a harder sell to a fan. It doesn’t m

Jake, what about a BBJD under a moline hood? A moline doesn’t exist in PS without any sheet metal rules. What if someone skinned one as a Ford with an IH power plant or a BBJD? Only way you’ll ever see one at that level. I’m sure your cap wearing brand loyalists would at least like to see their brand represented in at least some form

Jake, here is my metrics of when a chassis option would be right to be implemented: 1. Sustainability, when the economics show that a component chassis can be built cheaper than the ag chassis to equal or superior durability. 2. Safety, when power levels attainable by the rulesets in place or weight limits require excessive material removal for ballasting or aftermarket parts installation ren

R Hall I recommend finding someone you know with a little tech savvy. There are a variety of ways to stream it from a device to your television. For instance I have a cord that plugs into my phone that allows you to hook in a charger and hdmi cable then just plug it into the tv. Much more enjoyable to watch on a big tv
