Reread Rod's post above. Rod mentioned that if you read the rule book you will see there is a gray area for the water rule. Apple Hater is, and I don't want to put words into his mouth, pointing out that you guys claimed to not know the rule book and that's why you didn't have water and crop oil in your tractor for 2009 and it was an honest mistake. Just got my letter in the mail.
I did not make it to the Outlaw banquet this year due to time constraints but did go to the 2008 banquet.
In 08 they made sure you were a 2008 or 2009 member before you were even handed a ballot and entered the meeting.
To my understanding, this year they just let anyone in the meeting and handed out ballots to everyone? Then counted all those ballots and

When the dust settles what red sheet metal tractor is going to actually run something other than an IH/navistar/cummins? and what deere guy is going to actually burn his green underwear and place inside those frame rails the "almighty" hyper 400 series?
So when it's really all said and done red is red, green is green and then it may add some off colors to the classes with a JD or IH bloc
