Well at least it's nice and warm in their buildings thanks to fossil fuels. I think there will be an ink shortage soon too. Thanks to a new CDC report there might be a nylon shortage too. Today or this weekend there will be a lot of panties in a wad.

Corn $6.34 and beans 13.73 here in Pa. today. I don't have storage so let mine go at harvest. You just never know. I got $5 at harvest for the last few loads and thought that was great. It wasn't the year to get started early like I try to in order to beat the rush. Oh well.

I have serious questions on her mental state. I drive past Sandy Hook a few times a year and am always reminded of that horrific day. Just that leave alone that she thinks 911 was staged is un-real. I'm a conservative and those 2 events will never leave my mind. Some things just need to be kept to your self and she should be smart enough to know that. I would have a hard time voting for her

That's what I've been told too." A turbo is not a water pump it's an air pump". I know it's done a lot and must be ok if done right.

I'm in the Northeastern Pa. natural gas region and the drill rigs have been hammering this past year before EPA gets all their power restored. Natural gas prices have been in the toilet for a few years now. Not good for me but good for those using the product. I have liked my diesel fuel bills the last 2 years sure helped my bottom line.
I'm like you guys I don't know why we don

Term limits sure would help. If we'd had term limits Aunt Nan and uncle Chuck would've been long gone. Uncle Mitch and few others too. I asked a former Congressman from my area if he wanted to go back to Washington. He laughed and said no way.

I've been watching some pulling videos and remembered the Eagle Lite taking the sled up over the dirt barrier at the end of the track in Pa. last September. I never heard or I missed the follow up what actually caused the accident. It sure was a nasty ride for the tractor and sled operator.

Yep the Zorn's were great guys and ahead of their time in the SF class. I had the honor to know them when they pulled farm class in Northeastern Pa. and New York. If they were still pulling I bet they would still be at the top of their class.

I used to pull at a fair in New York State with a black smoke rule. It was another rule that was judged by who ? If you blew "too much black smoke" you got dq'ed. I guess I was ok never got thrown out. The bottom line is that if you are a serious puller no matter the class you will push the rules up against the wall and try not to go over. Been on both sides of the coin. I truly think Farm

We had to have safety equipment on our stock tractor at some places we pulled. Then you go to another pull and they would say you must be a hot stock with all the safety equipment. I remember going to an ATPA sanctioned stock pull. They came to inspect the tractor before I unloaded it and said put the sticker on the tractor because he knows not to use the drawbar to chain it to the truck. One of

Try a good radiator shop. Mine isn't oem but they found a replacement style just like I had for $250 minus the fan. Way cheaper than any other pulling or racing supplier.

Now that you boys have your panties in a wad take a breath. I wasn't for it or against it just asking a simple question. I've always known that part of Pa. to be on the offensive so that hasn't changed from previous generations. Your pulls are interesting considering 20 years ago when we showed up with a 6030 and crap hit the fan. Now that's the cubes you run. I'd rather

Ok on the pumps. Dragon only allows top cuts in Hot Farm and only Firestone old style cut tires in Pro-farm and no radials or actual cut pro pullers etc.. Looks like you'll have more for the techs to do. I'm not sure why you would want to align your club to one in Va. vs. 3 Pa. clubs and a New York one. I realize you don't need to switch tires but you'll be behind if you don

The other question I have is, are P-pumps allowed in your Enhanced class or Hot Farm class ? Your new rules say they aren't but you have several big block Deere's in both classes. So I take it that they also have changed over to A-pumps.

I'm curious as to why Snyder County Hot Farm went to full cut tires/any cut allowed ? Unless the rules have changed no other Hot Farm class or Pro-farm class allows that in Pa.. What will this accomplish ? With your 619 cube rule which is also way higher than anyother club it seems like your inviting a whole other class of heavy hitters in the class. I'm not really for or against it bu

Never the same. I had a young guy his 1st time pulling who came up to me and said he couldn't get down to weight. He was 200 over. I said just wait until all the other tractors go over the scales. He came running over and said thanks I'm ok now. I've been at pulls where they couldn't weigh any tractor over 11000 lbs. and said use the honor system. Oh yea then why weigh anyone

I guess I was the one who took our kids when they were wrapped up tight in a blanket setting in the fog at 1am at the Harford Fair in Susquehanna County Pa. . My son or daughter never got the bug bad enough to pull but I sure did. Then came my grandkids. One of my very favorite photos was of them intently watching me get hooked to the sled at the Wayne County fair. Their eyes were glued to what w

Why not leave SF alone now that's it's been around for years. I agree it should have been a 540 class. The bigger issue "To me " is the other classes have different meanings through out the country. A hot Farm ,pro farm and all the limited and light limited classes run under different rules and setups depending on where they are at. Hot farm even within Pa. and New York run under differ

I need to take a harder look at how roll cages are mounted. We run the original 2 post for our class that bolts right on the rear axle. I've seen some cages just mounted on the floor plate. That sure doesn't seem strong enough in a real accident. I'd rather have mounting on the rear axle like the 2 post. I'd want to do it right vs. slapping something on just for the rules.
