how do you know if the injector tip size is too big or small? if your pump puts out 800ccs of fuel and you put it through two different size tips will the bigger tip actually allow more in or does it just change the spray pattern?

pull the sleeves out and have a groove machined in them ( if you have access to a lathe you can do it yourself) and buy some fire rings from sealtec. the rings are $4 each but you have to order minimum of 18. put it back together and for around $200 or less you wont have to worry any more I dont think you can buy a copper head gasket much cheaper. once you go to a fire ring you will be glad you d

This is a link to a pump from jegs.com I have ran it for the last 2 years, no problems. It holds 36 psi down the track, and if you want it a little higher you might shim the spring but I like knowing the flow rate is high enough. I checked my pump and it will pump 10 quarts in 15 seconds, which is way more than I can burn.

I want to run 1 big turbo in a 6000lb superstock class on a 466 Deere diesel, instead of using multiple turbos. I know it wont run as hard but I want the biggest fun per dollar I can get. whats the most boost 1 turbo could make? What size and brand would you recommend? Any ideas, or opinions?

the words good and inexpensive can never be used in the same sentence when discussing any part of tractor pulling. Castners, which you can find in the builders links told me $500 exchange for smallblock Deere. I had Kennys Pulling parts do mine and it cost $475, he is also in the builders links.
