Dish soap and pine sol can help with dust, but Can make hard and slick.
In my experience. However a lemon soap does work well in the pits to control mosquitoes!!

Re did one of these last summer, had over 50 hrs removing decals, then remaining glue.
What worked the best was hot water pressure washer, then ran that hot water through
Another heat unit so it was nearly steam, still too long. Then still had some glue, after many
Attempts, which included lacquer thinner and scotch brite pads, (dries to fast and re adhered
Itself to trailer). The scotch br

"Floor Restore" epoxy. Costs about $400, for a kit to do a 53' trailer. My trailer floor was very rough, gouged
Up. Rented a drum sander from Menards, spent about 1-2 hours sanding, wasn't too fussy. Used a crack
Filler to fill deep gouges. Mixed epoxy, poured on and squeegee ( comes in kit). Let dry at 65 + degrees.
Holds up to fuel, oil, and pressure washing for about 5 years now.

I would recommend injumped to anyone looking for roosa-master work. Know of several of his pump and injector setups, all are impressive. Put a .370 head pump
(Stock head)On a 856, makes easy 245 hp and pulls like freight train for speed limit classes. Very pleased with his work.
Ps. Ed you have my address for commission checks!! Lmao

Yes only works on 6 cylinder.
Several years ago I measured several 466 and 640 pistons cc’s when I made the normal
“Chart” that is used. It would allow for 3 cubic inch extra per cylinder. For sure quick
Teching. Most organizations have been good with that. If there is a need , it can be
Fine tuned to be more exact, but takes far more time.
I memory serves me correctly it would work down to

1-Remove any injector
2- bar engine over to bottom dead center
3- pump in fuel/oil mixture to desired cube size
4- use injector as a dipstick, if oil touches the tip your good.
5- suck out oil,
6- reinstall injector.
We have upgraded to using electric pump for in and out, with a premeasured beaker to save
Your hands.
In the infant stages of this teching, there was some huge skepti

The class is completed, “most” events. And the entire class is checked for whatever is drawn.

Tighter exhaust will spin turbo harder and pull down farther. It may also raise exhaust temp by
Added restriction to exhaust. Right now your timing being that retarded is not allowing
Your fuel to completely in the cylinder, keeping exhaust cold. Does it throw some cool flames?

Timing a roosa master at 6 degrees is the end of injection and your timing an A pump
At 6 degrees for beginning of injection. That is WAY different. Not sure on how many degrees
Of injection duration a roosa master has to get in the ball park.

Well said FS4430! I pull a Hot Farm, and love it. My buddy used to pull a Pro-farm, then
Backed down to farm stock with a 1066 and 666 in speed limit classes 4-8 mph. Several
Neighbors also have started pulling the same classes. It is fun to watch and see the comrodery
Between them, and occasionally a “grudge match “ . Speed limit pulling is definitely a drivers

I tried the weld old sleeves and freeze new ones years ago and got burned bad.
Sleeves were distorted and took out piston. Just got done with a 407 had the block bored to install oversized O.D.
For proper press fit, old liners were loose and broke flange off. Still had to rebore
New sleeves. It runs great and dynoed 240 hp. With a little pump and turbo help.
Not a cheap motor to rebuild, but

That’s funny, the 510 Hot Farms in Gordyville don’t want to play with subgrade class fillers

Something to consider, having pulled both tri-axle and tandems. I prefer tandems, far
Easier on tires. Also best tandem I pulled was a Moritz trailer, they have a wider
Spread between axles, pulled nice and reduced the “bucking” many people complain
About with tandems. Also would consider 17.5” tires instead on duals pulls way easier.
