Have you tryed building a farmstock tractor lately. I did last year and I did buy a junk 4430 from a auction a d built it as cheap as I could and I had $22,000 in it. Been their done that. A few years ago I ran an naturally aspirated class and the tractor cost $20,000 to build.

I was right behind him when that happened and thank god I was watching and didn't have my leg hanging out or it would have crushed it. In defense of nfms they did have the seats and railing in place on the bleachers between me and the mod. No body was hurt but it could have been bad. I am alive and not hurt and it is a pretty cool nfms story to tell. My brother in the row in front of me was

I honestly don't think there is a class anywhere that I know of running that you could build for $10000. $25000 is probably more like the average for low cost pulling. Includes naturally aspirated, farm stock classes.

I am needing two rooms within walking distance to the farmshow in louisville for the february 14th 15th check out 16th.I can't seem to find a room theyr all sold out. Any suggestions of how people get these rooms? I will have my daughter joining us (2 years old) and it would be nice to have a room close so she could be taken back for a nap without having to drive very far to do it. Any ideas

Real nice pull down their. Good crowd and good number of tractors/trucks showed up. For there not being a smoke tube the smoke cleared decent. Get a smoke tube and it would be perfect. Good job

If you break it down to just one machine only it would probably be Dan Kuhns with his prostock massey trailblazer. He has been at it a long time with that tractor trying different things while still trying to use v8 massey parts.

I don't really have any preference as far as mixing up the tractor classes, but they have to keep mods mixed in with tractors or seats will be empty even though I love both very much it doesn't matter to me. They could keep it all the same and id still go cause I Love tractor pulling.

I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem that I am, but I'm struggling in trying to sell my good/stock tractor parts that I have. Seems like salvage yards have an over stock of many tractor parts of many makes and models, so most yards won't buy what I have (john deere 4430 parts). But what I don't understand is salvage yards want so much for their parts to the p

Seriously your best bet is to go to the wanted part of pulloff and post on there what you are looking for and your phone # and see what happens. That is what I do a lot to find parts and other stuff. Plus you meet a lot of really nice people along the way. Good luck

Illiana pullers association has a farm stock class in its second year with a good rule base to start from. I would talk to carl downs, I bet they'd provide some help in getting something going. Rules are on illiana pullers association web site
