I use a schied diesel regulator on the return side of my pump(ppump). It’s just a simple inline regulator. Line from supply pump, to 3 way ball valve, to pump. Then the regulator on the outlet of the pump then line to tank. Injectors return directly to tank toby 8030acpuller - Forum

That all depends on timing. I can run 1800-1900 all day the the base of the turbo and not melt stock pistons with 35deg of timing.by 8030acpuller - Forum
