I see much more upside than down. The biggest plus for uniform rules, go anywhere and you are legal. The next is scheduling, with larger organizations there is a better chance that events will not be booked on top of other events. Uniform rules also makes buying and selling parts so much easier. Mark, I believe that you have a flawed concept that limits drive up the cost. To follow your logic a 680 PS should cost less than a SF. The PS class has more "wide open rules" hence cheaper to build and operate. And a LLSS should be more expensive that a OSS. I started to think about the NTPA situation last weekend in Florida and I realized that it could happen to any organization, be it state, regional or national pulling. My comments were to hash and judgemental. Most fans don't really know what organization is putting on the show, they see trucks and tractors going down the track. Hopefully they will be entertained and will keep coming back.

I remember when in 2013 Super Bowl 47 the lights went out for 34 minutes. There is no bigger sporting event than the Super Bowl, yet the lights went out. Things happen, however I will agree that the time between hooks is something within their power to control , that the NTPA can certainly do much better. Does the winter pulling schedule have to many shows? It seems like in the last few years there has been new event after new event. It's getting so crowded that now events are being scheduled on the same weekend, further diluting the available vehicles.
