The charge pump drive for the 4430 is a adapter pressed into the end of any 400 series JD crank P/N RE10713
Bolt pattern is the same wether its 4 or 6 hole. I you only use a 4 hole flywheel on a six hole crank pug the 2 open holes with set screws or drill and face off the holes and put them in for more holding strength.

Before superfarm we ran a T18A95 on a 466 open RPMS. First it will push the crank or cam gear out the front cover unless it welded or straight cut gears. Next around 65lbs on a stock 55 head and a good cam it will shift the main caps and knock the main bearings out then a fluid damper and at least mill the main cap flat and put tool steel bar stock across them with good bolts or go to a girdle. Did some years back when it was popular. Take a lot more than the back plate along with that you need a hub to change the crank bolt pattern and the front hydraulic pump craddle is also the mount for the front of the block to the side frames. If its a non structural block (4045 or 4039) it needs a sub frame and lots of work on the fan schroud and raditor. Through Deere we would send the frames, R

Compession Ratio will be very low.......10.5 to 1
There is a low ring piston used in some applications like a 4960 and OEM power units where the top ring is dropped down about 3/8.
Compression Ratio would be about 15.8 to 1 with these.

Dont know if this was posted in the past but here is a major Dyno Room blowup.
I show this to my students in class before they fire up their engines and Run them on the Dyno for the Grade.
Turn the sound up and stand back. (sometimes a popup add comes on the screen about a quick oil change service)

Raising the clutch pressure will help some. 200psi or when the filter cover blows off. If you have more power than 2 disks will hold then you can build the pack up using a 4wd clutch hub and make a 4 or 5 disk drive but you loose pto. 2speed will slip next unless you get more disks in it.

If you still have the oil pump in the pan you will need to build a pipe from the pump so it just goes to the regulating valve/filter housing and not to the cooler bypass valve first. Then you can get rid of the bypass valve and cooler by covering the holes

Long shaft ground square on the end just slightly smaller than the load shaft and drive it out from the opposite side of the housing...........Make Damm sure you have the end resting on the bushing and not the casting before you start beating on it...............if it comes out easy put loctite 680 sleeve and bearing compond on the new one. If this is pre 1969 the seal gets driven in the thicknes

If you are going to be splitting alot of tractors of all brands the cofer manufacturing company of Dodge City Kansas makes the best. They work from the smallest to the largest 4wd.
I have spent 28 years of my life working around and under split tractors and they are the only brand i trust not to get killed by.
Here is a link to the company.
