500ish pounds, also can air tires up a little harder or drop the hitch an inch (only do that as a last resort). It's all something you will have to learn and play with depending on your particular tractor set up

Heard good things about Brad Penn oil but I've no experience with it. In our 466s we run 4 gallons of CNH 15w40 and 1 gallon of Lucas oil additive. Just have to dump the 15w40 in first otherwise, oil pump isnt able to suck the Lucas up and will starve engine.

Rpm limit? We have found with a 3000 rpm limit a shower pipe will deliver air to the intake with more velocity but the water is mixed less in the pipe, at a higher rpm you lose some velocity and get a better water mixture but if you bump the governor and the turbo "unloads" then the water and air seem to get lazy so the tractor dies a little early. I'd guess between 4 and 6 maybe 7 feet of 3

We've been using copper brake line (cut the flares off), 18" section bent around a 3" or bigger hole saw with some hydraulic fluid dumped into the loop for the exhaust side pressure. Have not had any issues with the compression fittings leaking or the gauge acting up. Do have to refill the loop from time to time though. Might want to try a higher pressure gauge also.

Running an allied 8 disk with bumped up pressures and an electric shift on a GT42 tractor. Has held up for a few years but I only shift from high side low side with a small drop but have to take it out for a rule change. Might be for sale later this winter if your interested.

I have run both in a 466 pro farm set up. For me it comes down to time in the shop. You will have to replace fore rings every year sometimes multiple times. C rings will last longer in the same environment.
The c-ring is essentially a wire spring that is wrapped 3/4 the way around in a piece of thin steel or tin bent into a C shape with the opening facing the piston, this allows cylinder pres

If you are going to be running a wet block I would go with steel sleeves instead of cast. Steel will hold up better to the temperature swings and the pressures of a pulling engine.

Have 2 sets of the Caps hubs on 9500 Pro Farms, they work wonderfully once installed and tight. Only thing I will say is we had to flap wheel a bunch of the key down, take the edges off to make it slide on the axle (for an IH 66 axle) without binding up after cleaning up the axle so the wedge would slide. Also had a slight issue with the 10.9 bolts stretching on 1 of the 4 hubs, changed them all

Depends on rules but adding water will certainly give you power but you'll want to watch the EGTs so you dont burn up the pistons. If your looking for a cheap system a sure Flo pump with sprayer nozzles in frint of the turbo will work pretty well. Will want to watch the compressor wheel if done that way because the water can erode the wheel. Otherwise disk and core nozzles with a high pressu

Yould have to put a cage or shroud around the u joints at both ends and then also tether or shroud the middle of the shaft to contain all that force if ever were to happen again

SCWTP has the box turbo rules in for the Pro Farm Class. 3500 rpm sealed box gt42 13mm p pump 20.8s 9500# I currently am running one and have been for 2 years. My tractor runs against the 3x3 billet tractors. Yes it is the same rules as Gordyville. If you want info I am a class rep for SCWTP Pro Farm.

It is actually better not to fill the block or head.
By not filling it allows for expansion and contraction and lowers the risk of cracking (at least what I have been told)

Check smoke color. If its super black = add water; grey/balck = add fuel. Thats the theory I was told and its worked pretty well so far.

My tractor has run for years at 60 to 70lbs. 4 gallons of 15-40 with 1 gallon of Lucas every oil change. You can bump the pressure if you need it by taking the regulator out and shimmying the spring with an old injector washer, preferably a thin one. But 60 to 70 if enough

I have not tightened the bearing support into place yet, i was only going to tighten it once the shaft was in a turned freely. If i shimmed the gears wouldnt that make everything on the shaft even tighter? I have been grinding off of the rear of the stock 3rd gear and it has been helping to turn easier but not alot. If I tighten the nut down to the point where the spacer turns a little but doesnt

Gears are all correct diameter and bearings are all in good condition. Everything turns very easy by hand until the nut gets tightened (maybe 50-100 ft/lb). After that is when the countershaft starts to turn hard.
