According to pulling-reference.com:
Terry Blackbourn is first listed in '87 with IH 686. '90 was the debut of Magnum 7140 Slowride, quite the misnomer of a name that was retained through to 2003.
Not saying this is inaccurate but I remember the Slowride tractor being in Tomah in 1987 as that was the year my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer. She was diagnosed as we

As of tonight, both racetracks will be refunding the admission price paid by the spectators. The only ones allowed will be pit crew for the vehicles. It will be available to watch online for $30 per viewer. The racetracks will be paying the purse out of their own pockets. They have said they know they will lose money but are continuing on. They are trying to keep the governor and board of superv

Why not gut out a intercooler manifold off a 2670 or 4690 and use that? Air flow will come in top and distribute out evenly to all cylinders.

The diesel on a real good hooking track, if it has enough front end weight to control it and the sled is set for 300' tops, will give the alcohol tractor everything it can handle.
Even in Outlaws, the tracks are not set for 300' any more though.
sounds like we may have found someone else who is around both that would like to mix them toge

Box charger is the way to go to keep costs down. An S300 series charger ($800ish) is a good option. Below is what we run and some videos to give you an idea.
MMTTPA 11,000lb. Hot Stock Tractors
1. 466 cubic inch limit. Any motor over 466 cubic inches must have factory stroke and bore for that brand of tractor, up to a maximum of 585 cubic inches.

Why does SHD not pull with outlaw? Is it because of a deck plate?
Where was Richard Cool all year?
Goodwins had 2, sold 1 a year or 2 ago and the other was not out much this year. What was the reason there?
Will Ulmers continue to pull DSS after the controversy in the LSS class and with OTTPA in particular?
Maybe mix the USS and DSS classes again, I know too many complaints.

Take it back to 5500 or 5800 pounds. I would like to see 505 cubic inch with exception of allowing 510 Perkins and no I'm not a MF fan. Just trying to keep more brands not just more colors. Maybe the V8 can't get that light. Hyper block should not be allowed. If they are going to allow it, maybe only allow 466 ci to IH? Just some ideas but willing to hear all holes being blown in my ide

My question Doug Roberts is this: If that is the rule for "Super Stock" tractors on page 19 of the USPA rule book, how do DSS or USS get by as they are also Super Stock. Thanks for the clarification.

I have a loader tractor with near new Firestone 23 degree radial tires. That particular tractor used to have Goodyear DT710's on it. Those tires would go ANYWHERE with no chains on. Tires had fluid in them then and now. The tractor now with the Firestones is completely WORTHLESS and it has chains on as well. I had chains on all last year as well even during summer and it can't go anywhe

Wish more would but a lot want 466. A lot of people are asking for 466 for red and green and 505 for other colors. Problem is too many red/green guys want to keep the other colors out. They will allow them but want them to run the stock factory gearing. SO it's ok to put a 466 in a 560 and not allow other colors to go bigger to compete? A lot of parts out there to buy for the 466 motors but

Well I see no more Moville, IA. There is a pull in Alta, IA and wonder if there is no more NTPA there? Also there may be 2 pulls this year in Council Bluffs? There is a new facility in Springfield for motorsports that is AWESOME!!! Don't know where it is planned in Council Bluffs but think the new one in Springfield may be better.

Keep up the good work Kyle!!!!!!!! Wish I could have made it but please send me an invite again next year. Only thing I have for speed limit is maybe make all the speed limit classes the same at 7 mph. Great thing you have going there and hopefully Lemars will get back to it like you and Akron are.
