You got to redrill the ag hub and turn the pilot down to a standard 6 lug GM patern then anything for a 1/2 ton chevy will work.

Being an open minded person who likes to think he can take good advice, I decided to reread the rules from the popular "if it doesn't say I can't then I can" perspective. Boy, you guys were right! I sure have been missing the boat by not exploiting the "gray areas". Here are some ideas I came up with:
The weight classes are defined as 11000, 12000, and 13500, but the

Yes it can be done. Cheap? Not a chance. I have one and its a money pit. Everything is custom one off stuff because theres just no one building parts for them. Ol georges 630 figure is off a hair.
Does anywhere in this statement does it say "I have a 9 liter crank in my 8.3 liter block" ?

We usually turn down the hub to fit a chevy 1/2 ton 6 lug. Move the patern to the center off the ag pattern and redrill. Press in some studs and then you can get any wheel you want.

Seems that every pulling organization has a few. I was wondering from other organizations if these people were like the spoiled brats that we have below? Seems these people have never had to work for what they have. Seems their parents haven't busted their rump when they need it and have handed them everything on a silver platter. Anyways i was just curious and would like some input from oth

you guys need to quit whining on just one class. aircraft carbs legal on pulling tractors? just run what you got and be happy with it or spend some money on your junk and run it. im happy with what i got

I think i'll retract my quitting statement from above. As a matter of fact theres another MM G1000 vista sitting in the shop right now and you guessed it. It under construction with a Cummins. Go cry somewhere elsewhere because it seems to me the ones doin the complaining dont even have a rat in the race. As far as the cummins in a moline, youve answered the question yourself a dozen times.

Yes, we all had a good time the other night. As far as the stabs and gouging about tech and rules, you wont find a cleaner run class anywhere else. These guys with the tractors know the rules, they are in black and white. They also know at anytime the side shields and hood could come off and get teched so the tractors do and will get teched as they always have.

I believe 100 percent that your shaft from down south was wrong in all aspects.
That sounds like par for that shop.
Did you really get a shaft from a local shop in 2 days???
Proper heat treat takes several hours, if they are waiting for
you when you get there.
There are a minimum of 4 setups on an input shaft for machining. 2 for turning and
2 for hobbing.

Theres no reason this sport should cost this much. Example: input shaft from a pulling parts fabricator/supplier. 790 bucks (which was to short and was heat treated wrong. Supplier said another 7 weeks and 790 bucks). Input shaft from local tool and die shop, 450 bucks 2 day turn around, heat treated correctly with better material. The shaft Kennys made is now a very expensive clutch alignment to
