We just left the factory to check out the new 30.5X32 Pro Puller, and I must say we are very pleased with them! They look great and meet all of our specifications, so we will produce a limited batch next week for some indoor pulling. If you have talked to me in the last few weeks about them, I will be returning your calls as I get back in the office later this week so please be patient if you don

You explained it well. I agree this could be possible, but the way the tires work at different air pressures is very touchy. Pumping a tire way up would not allow for much flex, giving less traction. Even a quarter pound of air can make all the difference!

We are getting very close to having the 30.5X32 10 ply Pro Puller finished and will have the tire approved by Monday if all goes well at the factory. They will be producing them the week after for us, and will have some sets ready for winter pulling. We are currently still looking for pullers to use the tires at a few of the indoor pulls. If you are interested please call me and we can talk out t

Thanks for the info Mark. To clarify, the smaller circumference Pro Pullers are at 355, and the larger tires are at the 390 lbs because there is more rubber in the face of the tire.

Thanks for the question. Our 20.8 comes with 2 different sizing for the casings 218" for leagues with the 220" rule, and a 222" for leagues without a rule. It has the full width tread of 20" on the face of every bar. They are weighing around 355 lbs per tire. As I mentioned before, we don't deal in any Firestone tires, but our major advantage is the width of footprint that can give you up to

That’s a good question. Legally, the country of origin has to be stamped on both sides of the tire, so you can tell at a quick glance where they were made at.

The Chinese tire is based off of the India built design, but features a lighter sidewall to allow a little more flex for the lower horsepower classes, or classes that are more weight conscious. The U.S. tire is an all new design that is built to be used in all classes, we have had success with it from hot farm all the way up to pro stocks.
Anything else you'd like to know?

No problem, I wasn’t sure what questions you had.
We don’t deal much with Firestone’s, but I believe they weigh around 430, give or take, before cutting. The US built Pro Puller weighs about 395, India built weighs around 430, and the Chinese built weighs about 365.
The break in time is all dependent on how you do it. Some like to drop the air pressure to 0 psi and drag the tractor around

Wait,
You are correct.
We will have an all new 30.5 10 ply available to purchase by the end of December. We are hoping to have the first tire on December 1 to analyze it before it hits market. After everything checks out on the 10 ply, we will build the 6 ply and release that to the market.
All cutters in our network have had a say in what they want to see out of the tire, and we are bu

We are currently narrowing down the list of pullers that will test the tires this winter pulling season. We are looking to run them at the Cloverdale, Gordyville, Louisville, Murfreesboro, Harrisburg, and Lincoln pulls, but have not made any decisions quite yet on who will be running them, or what class they will be in. Contact me or your cutter for more information on the tires!

We have a booth right by the pit entrance in Broadbent arena, It's a great location to stay close to the pulling side of the Farm Show. There is limited space there, but if any pulling related vendors are interested, it may be worth a shot. Just a suggestion

The mold for our 30.5X32 is almost done, and should be to the factory by the middle of November. Tire production should be going by early December! The two models will be a 6 ply and a 10 ply. We are hoping to keep the 6 ply around 360 lbs before any cutting, but more information will be available once the tires start getting built. We are very excited to get this tire on the track for next seaso

Kevin,
You may want to look into a public google drive document. They update live, and you can allow only the people you want to edit it. If it is public, you can give out the link to whoever you would like to see it.
This link may be a place to start if you want to look into it. Share files from Google Drive
Just a suggestion, but hope it helps!

We have been selling the 18.4R38 Pro Puller Full Pull, and are proud to announce we are now offering the tire in a pulling bias construction. Many leagues across the U.S. don't allow this size in a radial, so we have decided to cater to those leagues. The build specs will be the exact same as the 18.4R38 version at about 210" circumference and 19" wide. These tires will be made with a specia

We are still in the design phase on the tire at the moment. Hopefully we will have test tires available by the end of the pulling season. The ply of the tire will depend on weight of the tire compared with the strength of structure needed for this high of horsepower tractors running the size.

We are shooting for around 370 lbs before cutting. This should be lighter than most other puller tires on the market.
Thanks,

Joey,
Some of the higher horse tractors like a more flat profile because they spin the tires so hard. When the wheel speed increases, it makes the center point of the tire stretch out. With a flatter tire, this helps keep more surface area on the ground.
On lower horse tractors, a more rounded profile is desired because they rely more on the shape of the tire to drive down the center point

Weight has been the major talking point with the new tire coming out. We are shooting for about 370 lbs each tire before cutting. Does this sound light enough for most applications?
Thanks!
