The current Dixie Deere has to be in that conversation. I can't remember for sure if it hooked SS initially or the precursor to PS but PS - SF - 4.1 now, so potentially 4.
SS in the beginning. Don Masterson bought it as a SS and pulled it as a ss a year or two then switched it to a ps!

Pretty sure they would let the state associations know that something is being done. As far as the general public, they don't need to know until something is finalized.
Wrong!! The general public does need to know. Someone needs to make a statement and soon! You do realize that this is Dec 6th? The vast majority of folks needs to put in for the upcoming years (2023) va

Volunteer firefighters and first responders (and families of) risk far more, for far less.
If the pullers stop pulling, the Promotor will just hire some other type of entertainment.
Or the land owner, will seed it back down and sell lots off.
The Land owner/promoter/developer used to pull tractors and wants pulling to be part of this community since the community he is developi

So a man invests hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions to build a new venue, pullers come from as far east from Ohio and as far west as California to support this new event. Said investor brings in the outlaws at this new event/venue to help with the show and some folks expect everything to run perfectly smooth like a established event? Even well established events have issues but

I hope not. They are obviously not needed.
Be careful what you wish for. The sport of pulling needs ever single Fan it can get. Pulloffs create drama, excitement and enthusiasm!! When fans are excited and enthusiastic they spend money and likely to return to the next event with new people to the sport! When fans lose their enthusiasm they more then likely don't return or te

Best pulling venue bar none is summit motorsports park. I would not say SMP had the best tracks but Jim Miller Randy Spraggins proved a pulling track could be hauled in and layed over a drag strip and make a good track! Best pulling surface is BG south track but north track is lack luster at best. I can't pass judgment on rockwell because I have not been there yet but I hear nothing but hi

I'm just damn happy Rob is still kicking a$$ after 40+ years in the game regardless of what powerplant he uses! He writes the checks,so I support his decision on what he chooses! He has entertained us hard-core fans for decades and if anything we should be thanking him!!!

While I'm sure this will be a top shelf production and the facility is run by a well respected family business, I'm not too sure where you're getting "5X better than BG".
Like how is an open field with zero services (water & electric) for campers "better than BG"? I know that the entire campground is not serviced in BG, but for those of us that have been going

People can charge whatever they want but $50 for a ticket to come for only the night session will stop me from coming! It’s up to us as paying patrons to decide if it is worth it or not! IMO this isn’t a very good way to get an event started up. Bowling Green charges $44 for the first session of the day and once it’s over the ticket goes down to $22.
The facility is 5x better then

LIke I said personally I will be there regardless of price. But I am interested to see how the price tag affects attendance. I would really like to see this pull succeed as it has potential to be the next big thing! Kind of like The Pullers Championship
The $50 price tag you speak of is a all day seat ( 2 sessions). That's $25 a session. That is right inline with every

I have no complaints or concerns with seating at this event but the ticket prices are a bit wild. I will be there so by no means is it stopping me but I was a bit surprised to see $50 for a one day ticket. I guess maybe I'm surprised because the price is more than double BG. Although they are only slightly higher than the NFMS.
My hope is that the higher ticket price means

For the most part I have always enjoyed the topics and discussions on Pulloff but as of late it has been mostly arguing, bashing and aggressive, negative comments. It should be open discuusions that works toward bettering the sport we all love and most are involved in.
My biggest issue is the people who choose to bash others or their views while hiding behind fake names

They do get $400 for nhra electric sites but that also includes your electric campsite trackside!!! I have not been this excited about a pulling event in 30 years! I have attended many drag racing events at Norwalk and never ever been disappointed. The Bader family does nothing halfa$$! I've longed for seeing pulling back on the "big stage" like the dome/stadium era of pulling and this is the chance for this sport to do that again at this facility. It is up to the competitors and fans to

There was a 4th tractor but it was before the ugly tractors. Lloyd and Artie Brown ( also from mid Michigan) had a mod with Chrysler power. Ej got his start in pulling by helping the brown brothers and in about 1973 became partners in the tractor. Winter of 1974 they built the first Allison tractor went by the name Brown pulling team. 1975 ej rolls in to indy super pull and wins. 1976 ej rolls in
