Nice pull last night, track crew did a great job, covering the track just before the rain hit, allowing the Tri-State show to go on!

Farley wasn't bad, night 1 I show about 75ish hooks total between both tracks. Should have swapped the Super Farms or 2wd's to the other sled when the grandstand track was finished. Nice facility, track was good. $20 pit pass, $15 for the grandstand. Stands were about 1/3 to half full it looked like from the pits. Cannot comment on Saturday as I didn't go, but it started at 6 and w

For sure am, if I can find them. I don't discriminate from Grand National to Joe Bob's dead weight pull in his backyard.
My only requirement, is it has to be posted for me to find, and have some type of advertisement so other people can find it. I just aim to be the middle man.

I would imagine they're ECI rules, as that is the only 360 Hot Stock class around?
Rules should be posted on the Farley Speedway website soon.

Still working on it. Lots of organizations and associations have not posted their schedules, or they are very, very tentative.
I've expanded this year, not just limited to IA, WI, IL, MN, etc. I have schedules posted from like 17+ states, and lots more to go.
My goal is to create a magazine/program style that is available if people want a hard copy, as well as a digital PDF version.

The technology is already there, all the indoor monster trucks run them. They can't be running any less tire speed, and 1500hp, not to mention they're placing way more stress on their axles than most trucks/tractors.
What's a shaved down 66" floater tire weigh compared to a 24.5" cut tire on aluminum rims?

Some days I wonder why pulling isn't as main stream as it should be, but then I come on to Pulloff and read comments like some of the above comments and realize exactly why it isn't.
I follow all sort of motorsports, dirt tracks, monster/mega trucks, mud boggers, some NASCAR, drag racing and many more. The one thing I rarely ever see the guys from any of those other motorsports do; i

I think in order to have info & updates from all major orgs, it's going to take someone who is unbiased and not apart of any of the big 3. Then, they'll have to either have a representative from each organization to supply them with info, or let each org update the app themselves for their respective organization.
Basically, it'd be a logistical nightmare, and be a fulltime job

I think the OP was thinking more along the lines of an "ESPN" type app for results/info, but for pulling, not a game.

ECIPA is adopting Badger State LLSS rules and allowing alcohol tractors.
ECIPA weights will remain the same for 2018
6,700lb for diesels 6,450lbs for alcohol tractors
Class rules should be posted after Gordyville when I get more free time to finish typing them.

Gotta look at it this way too.. The dirt race in the dome in St. Louis is only for late models and A-mods, well over 100 of each. Probably $500+ entry fee from each.
Even at BG and Tomah, outta say 10 or so classes, the biggest class is probably the 2wd trucks at what, 75 ish trucks. I don't know what it costs to enter for either pull, but without some serious sponsor dollars to up the pu

I would imagine that if they have memberships by a certain date, and it's before contracts are signed and a schedule is posted, they can provide accurate numbers for the various classes offered to the promoters. This helps with new venues who are unsure if they want to go with that club or another.
Its difficult for an organization to offer classes to promoters, and then not have anyone s

ECIPA has a 360 Hot Stock class, 7,700lbs, 360 cubes, 18.4 any cut tires, 3500rpms. Lots of color and a "cheap" class which is growing by 2-3 tractors a year.

I posted an idea in another form the other day, but this is how I would like to see the diesel truck classes separated:
2.6 smooth bore - air to air i/c's, single rear tires only 78-8000lbs any single charger - open driveline, factory frame, DOT tires, 7500lbs Super Stock - multi-charger, cut tires, tube frame, 7-7500lbs
Constantly changing rules from year to year just kills truck num

We tried something at our county fair last year. Only charged to get in the pit, $15 for everybody, but we didn't charge an entry fee. Just sign up in the class you're pulling in. We paid down as far as we could with a set purse amount. Essentially everyone who hooked, got paid to show up. $3400 purse split amongst 8-9 classes. Had 62 hooks for our first year and not 1 single complaint

If you pull is at night... Lights!!!! If you don't have them, rent some construction lights or get some donated from rental company.
Sound system.. If people can't hear whats going on, they lose interest, and they leave.
Both of the above tie for #1.
