I wanted to buy another set of their 8mm pre made plug wires. They always worked great. Also curious on how the new hot boxes wire up, gotta be pretty straight forward

We seed our Clay track over the week after the pull and mulch it with hay, keep it mowed all summer and work the organic matter back into it when we build it for the pull.

Logan is one of the best operators out there. There aren’t many people out there with more experience around a sled than him. If you run somebody down, grow a pair and put your name and phone number.

I have been hooking tractors to The Sled at my event for at least the last 15+ years. I totally agree with the idea of having a light above the hooking area on the sled to better see the hook area on the tractor, it could be wired in with the red and green lights of the sled, that when the red lights are on the front spotlight or whatever you put up there is on and then when it goes green it auto

Alkyfan. Even though you bad mouth Langford without the guts to post your name, it’s pretty easy to figure out which squeaky wheel you are. 2021 was hell as a promoter in NY because up until June the state was not allowing large scale events. We made due and Richard Love and FPP worked with us. FPP works great giving promotors what they want and will accommodate and work nicely with any other org

I know a few guys that are waiting on fasteners. ARP is way behind for head studs and rod bolts. Gonna be a tough summer, just remember that most pulls are put on by non-profits as a fundraiser for community services. It will take all promoters, sponsors, volunteers, pullers, and FANS to keep the entertainment value at these events profitable. Fuel and Food prices are going to hurt.

Rockwell is now a “Super National” event and along with NTPA gave the chorizo to other promoters on their established dates ( who cares about an even being the same weekend for 75 years right?) Only so many classes to go around, not a good look.

All competitors in all classes being offered in Langford this weekend. With Full Pull Productions sanctioning all of our classes, there is no membership fees for competing Sunday afternoon. All you pay are Hooke fees. We would love to invite anybody that doesn’t have a place to hook to join us in Langford. We have had a few tractors locally have catastrophic damage that will not be able to make t

Once again we have many friends and a good relationship with ESP. What has always been a turnoff was the way PPL has handled sanctioning fees and insurance for multi day events and ESP was always reluctant to work with other local pulling organizations to put on the show a promoter wanted to have. FPP and Richard Love have given us the flexibility we wanted. There is nothing personal, it’s just b

There is a great relationship with Langford and the NTPA. Date changes with events that follow the Labor Day fair schedule effected what classes were available. Longer tenure events (Fort Recovery and the event in Kentucky) that moved their dates had priority and Langford was working around it keeping the 75 year tradition of the first Sunday in August. New York State dragging their feet isn’t he

What a pain in the butt NYS and Erie county have been. It’s good to see they guys in Langford being able to go on with their pull for the 75th anniversary! According to chairmen and the Facebook page they had already downsized the show because they didn’t know if the state was going to restrict crowd size. A two day NTPA event wasn’t possible with less than full attendance and did what was best

I would rather see more state level organizations bring back the 5800 class. Single turbine, turbocharged Allison, twin chevys, or whatever unique combo somebody can dream up in their garage.

It is a ton of work to coordinate many different clubs in many different states. In my opinion the LLSS is the best class in the country. We have always enjoyed having the out of town guys come out to Langford and hope that there teams that have made the trip have had a good experience and make it a destination every year. We are running a two day NTPA Grand National event and running the LLSS se
