I agree to this statement. If the person that finishes last in the class is bending the rules is that any less of an offence then the person that finished top of the class??

This venue will defiantly have a future!! there were a few small bugs but once they get them figured out there will be few better. Easy 4 lane access, plenty of future growth potential. Just let us bring in coolers and it would be perfect!!
Did I forget it is close to home for me too!!

Those $700-$1000 replicas are as much a toy as an unlimited super stock is a tractor, and yes those builders should be proud of themselves.

Jason gets a big thumbs up from me, I personally enjoy him as an announcer along with Stacy. I would drive an extra 100 mile to listen to either one announce. I do think that if old x puller put half as much energy into the sport as either of them in a positive light verses that sob story rant....

Is there any info on what Moore Kentucky Sled Hunter is running for a combo. I have only seen videos of this tractor but drool every time I watch them. I believe I heard they run a 359 Dubuque engine with a 4010 chassis??? using spark plugs. If memory serves me right there is also a 8130ish JD also pulling LLSS on the BOB circuit, what is there combo??

I am sure you are refuring to Lance Little's 830 prostocker.... It is legal because NTPA allows sheetmetal from 1960 to current and the 830's ended production in 1960. Also what is the differance I think it is COOL have a frein that has 450IH sheetmetal on his 466 profarm and is one of the best looking tractors due to not being an other 1066.

The pulling community has taken a big blow loosing Dale. He was involved in many differant aspects of pulling from promoting to building and he will not be soon forgoten. His passion fo the sport has lasted many many decades and he always had a story to tell about those years.
My condolances go out to Mary and the entires Rupp family.

I agree with what Lynn has posted here. With out the Vorwald family starting the Heartland Club many of these pullers would not have had a place to pull.
But now our (the entire Heartland club) main goal will be to look past Earlville and to making a better club. I know I have the support the the Vorwalds and every member of the club I have talk with so far. So lets please try to work togeth

I just had a very good conversation with Jim Vorwald and he and I have agreed that he will step down as president allowing him to keep a watchful eye on his equipment. After the damage that his tractors recieved at Iowa City and from the damage they have recieved in previous years he wants to spend more time with the tractors and enjoying the pull with his family.
