am guessing you have the wedge clamp centers? in theory? you turn out the 2 bolts pulling the wedge in and then use the other threaded bolt holes to push out the wedge with supplied bolts? but we all know that a rather large railway torch might be also needed? good luck and don't break the wedges? they are not cheap.........

years ago I had used the system you might find on a typical ag tractor? fired in just on front of turbo? worked... but was never comfortable with having the can under the hood so close to the motor? small fire could lead to a much bigger fire? I understand some Orgs. have rules against any kind of compressed container under the hood? actually having a willing bystander do the honour? has worked q

Would you not still have clearance problems with original bosch pump off the truck engine? can't really move the pump centerline away from the idler gear? a pump with the narrow gov. housing would work though?

can't tell you if truck timing cover would fit up to the front casting? haven't try it yet? but I beleive if you look at the truck block, you will notice a notch in the block to give room for the Bosch pumps gov. housing? I only seen this style block on the tw35 series and newer? but then anything is possible

Mounting hole is I believe is a SAE 1 pattern I use gear pump rated for 3500 rpm so I could in theory turn the engine at twice that? Won't happen? Worse thing about this setup is when the shaft seal let's go? Will fiĺl your crankcase with fuel..
Been there☺

yes it will and does fit, have used this combo for years, I use the tm115 head gasket, you have to use a bit of sealant along the water jacket holes on the pushrod side,as there is a slight difference in the shape of the passages? also you will have to grind off a little bit of the bottom right to clear the original water pump? that is if you are using coolant?

I run 1/4 dot air line from the back to the kill? have an pto control wire inside that with ring at back and inserted at guillotine. leave outer air line loose at the kill and then attach a second dash mounted cable to the said outer liner? when you pull dash control, both pto cable and outer liner pull away from guillotine, thus closing it! and still allows pto cable to be pulled by sled? Hope
