The uss/USS is a combo class, diesels can hook in it at every event if they want, the pullers speak thier wishes by not hooking in it.thats good enough for me,leave well enough alone.over 50 percent of the dss tractors out there cant get close to the top 5,why make them look worse by combining the class.as a fan, leave it the way it is.better yet the ppl can be alky as only and ntpa dss

Start with 3 size #22 enderly nozzles. Space them in the turbo pipe evenly between the turbo and intake manifold. See what your exhaust temperature is and adjust nozzle size to get your desired temperature..

Been pulling for 50 years. I've pulled many different size and classes of tractors. Unfortunatally there isn't any cheap classes in tractor pulling. Over my life time of pulling every class I pulled in started out on a budget, but always turned into expensive. This is due to a persons desire to win and modern technology. My best advice to someone wanting to tractor pull is build what yo

Kevin C. & mh49 are fairley close. The John Deere tractor was built and owned by John Donnersbach and the Cub Cadet in the background was built and owned by Tim Dilgard both of North Central Ohio. We both made exihibition passes @ Tomah after the mini class in 2001, Trying to promote the new class Dale Quammie and others were trying to get started. Later that summer Tim & I had them on display at

Like dsreed68 said, build off the front of rearend housing and then build round tube ladder bars to go to rear axles. This will be strong enough to support in case of brakage and also lighter the metal channel frame. Must of the cast rear tractors were built this way 10 years ago.

I agree with "The Original Michael", it's not a GN class. Regional class sounds more like it. The problem you will see is there isn't enough tractors to support a GN and local organizations. Say you have 16 tractors pulling now and 50% go GN, you just cut your class to 8 tractors. After breakage in middle of season you will be even less. Just my Thoughts.

You really think 2 or 3 903 cummins OSS tractors would make the show better ? Dream On !!! Pulling has gotten expensive, and disposable income has gotten less. NTPA is trying to save the OSS the best way they know how. Right or wrong they are trying!!! There was 10 OSS @ Tomah this year, not bad considering the rain we have experienced this year. I haved pulled OSS tractors, they are an awesome

This is just a thought! Grand National Pulling Vehicles should have open limits on the engine. Region and State pulls should have Lower limits on engine than Grand National Level. Grand National pulling vehicles should NOT be allowed to pull Region or State hooks unless they run the lower limits. Here is why, High school football players don't play against College or Pro's football pla

I have a set for sale. They are 9 bolt and made out of billet aluminum and are 1 1/4" wide. I built them about 10 years ago to try out a pair of 24.5 pullers on my super farm. They worked great and had no problems. Can ship by mail. $100 plus shipping. Call me at 419-571-4553 if interested.
