Did you put pump back on after being checked and change filters at same time or was pump checked out prior to filter change? Model 100's can be kind of finicky as m8888 said before, however they are generally that way all of the time. What do you have it timed at?

truck manifold is best unless using a 3lm then ag is fine. Dozer is good also particularly in high boost applications. An ag manifold and spacer will work fine too. Just depends on how much money you want to spend on finding that last bit of power.
