I have a 4430 nose piece that I would be tempted to sell. It is a 4430 fuel tank that's been cut out.

Well about all I can say is do you trust your pump man? What did you expect it too flow? Putting the tractor in road gear wouldn't tell you anything. It really boils down to what were you expecting it to flow (and why) and do you trust the pump man.

Some of the newer , bigger electric pumps might do the job but I wouldn't take the chance. A gear drive or belt drive fuel pump is your best bet. We had a gear drive and really liked it. When we went to external oil we added another section to the pump for fuel and really like that. You need volume and pressure , failure to maintain both could lead to injection pump problems.

Do you have all other safety equipment? If you don't have a steel flywheel 2800-3000rpm is plenty.

Basic I understand but many I have talked to run and like a wider rim. 20 in rim on 18 in tire and 22 in rim on a 20 in tire.
Big block deere probably has it right , depends on the tire.
Big block I appreciate the desire to see the radial flex but flexing too much would lower hitch height. I suppose if you are "hauling a$$" hitch height isn't all that important.

The 4x24 are fairly common. With a 3lm turbo do you really need 5x20 or 5x22 ?

I can't tell you for sure. We put 4010 finals on a 4020 to speed it up--seems everyone has an opinion but the consensus is sped up somewhere between 12-15 %. I can only assume it would slow you down a similiar amount. I have a complete set of 4020 finals if you are interested. 765-564-1503

You need to decide whether you are pulling or farming (right now). It is hard , if not impossible to do both and be competitive. I have a friend who says it not only takes cubic inches it takes "cubic dollars" to be competitive. You stated money is not a problem but not sure if you want to spend it on the puller. Either you are conservative or pulling really isn't that exciting to you. Any "

I have an 11 mm A-pump that has now cracked the number three barrel twice. The first time we were told there must be a restriction somewhere. We checked the injector and it was clean. As far as the line we visually looked it over and blew thru it and it appeared fine. Pump shop says our lines and injectors are okay for what we are doing.
Thought we had trouble when we parked it at season'

Just guessing here but 800-900 hp at approximately 3000 rpm. This is on a JD 4020. Stock trans running 7 th gear worked fine. Eighth gear is a huge jump (also have 4010 finals and 42 in rubber) and it did not hold.
Thanks

How much horsepower does everyone feel a 11 in 3 disc crower(pedal) will hold? Or what has been your personal experience? I think we are at the upper limits but we never got enough free travel for the fingers to know for sure. Many have told us to just get a 3 or 4 disc 12.5 in clutch and be done with it. I know long term that is the best answer. I am a tight arse so haven't completely given
