3M 8115 panel bond would work great for this. Just make sure to rough up each piece with 80 grit or coarser sand paper and put a medium coat of the panel bond on each piece. Make sure that you don’t over clamp and push too much glue out.

The 5th annual Jason Hoffmann Memorial Tractor Pull is gaining on us. We would like to invite all pullers and pulling fans to Dunlap, Iowa at the 4-County Fairgrounds on August 12th at 6:30pm to help us celebrate a great cause and enjoy some even better tractor pulling! Last year the pull raised $25,000+ to give back to local nonprofit groups, youth groups, and scholarships to graduating seniors.

When I first started polishing alluminum I would sand it down to 2,000 grit like you are talking.
The steps I do now:
-Sand only the spots with deep scratches with 80 grit
-Sand the entire surface with 180
-Buff with the yellow hard wheel and brown rouge
-Buff with a white flap wheel and use either a green or white rouge bar
-Polish by hand with your favorite liquid poli

First off, the class has no problem with Mike what so ever. When we had our class meeting at the banquet in November, we had voted to let Mike and other big cubed/overhead cam motors still pull in the class. It wasn't until later on in the day that we were notified that the board had voted out the big motors and over head cams in our class. Their reasoning was that the USS/LSS class had suff

We have always ran Midwest Rims and have never had a problem with them. Next year we are going to try a set of the new Keizer Rims from Taylor Vanbeek. Seems to be a lot of them out there with no problems and they offer a different look than your traditional pulling rim.

Taylor Van Beek's Extreme Performance and Tire Cutting out of Rock Valley, IA does an excellent job, nearly all the superfarms in the Outlaw's are using him. He touched up our old style pullers a month ago and have never been happier with a tire sharpening before! We are also planning on having him do our 30.5's for the ulss.

I believe it was a vholdr that Allen Ulmer mounted to our lss a few times and I was very impressed with the video quality and sound. One thing that could have been better was mounting it to the rollcage instead of my helmet.
