Thanks for the input. Everything I could find on their website is 12v, and yes, very pricey lol.

Yeah, I learned that LED are a must very quickly when I installed 120v interior lights on the trailer. Just wanting to see what anybody else had good or bad luck with, brand wise for exterior 120v lighting

I'm wanting to put a couple of 120v lights on the outside of my trailer. We go to a lot of pulls that have poor pit area lighting. Looking for recommendations on a brand to use. I live several miles down a county gravel road that is not well maintained so I need something that will hold up to bumps and rattles and not blow out after a couple weeks. Thanks

Last I heard Doug was starting his shop back up since he is no longer running outlaws, and regardless, he was still getting parts for the guys he sold transmissions to. We run one, and has been as dependable as any high performance part can be. He also switches out gears at no cost if you need to change your ratio, least he did the last time we changed. Give him a call

We just made a pivot off the base of the roll cage. Has the lever going up beside the seat, with a tab at the base where it pivots at 90 degree angle from the lever with a hole to fit the factory linkage down to the transmission,

I assume if we are hooking in a PPL class we just show up and sign in that day just as any other pull? Or will we need to pre register as in past years

There are two different gears, I don't believe they are smaller, the gears just have a different slant to them if I remember correctly. And yes, that will cause them to bind up. Don't have the numbers, but a Deere dealership should be able to help you. I believe just the very early model 4010's had the different slant and are hard to find. Been there done that and ended up having t

Just to clarify, is the 8500lps and 4.1 classes PPL as well, or just the diesel 4x4? and if so I would assume we would have to do a one time hook fee to hook with them?

Thanks for the interest and concern, and glad you enjoy the tractor. We have had it out the last couple of weeks and will continue to pull at as many Xcaliber and mid mo events as possible the rest of the season. Bowling Green is rained out for tonight, so we will be in Jefferson City Friday evening, and either Owensville or Palmyra Saturday. Next week we will be in California Monday, Washington

I just cut three piece of 1/8" by 1" strap metal. Drill your holes in the tabs and weld it to the cage. Weld a nut on the end piece that the gopro fastener goes into. Then just take a grinder and round the edges of the tabs until your camera rotates to the angles you want. Costs almost nothing and takes half hour to do. Also want to cut 2 extra pieces of strap and drill holes in for mock up and w

Anyone out there have a close up picture of the John Deere 8.1 marine intake manifold? And does anyone know if it is the bottom half where it bolts to the head that is supposed to make them flow so much better? (The best I can tell from the pictures I found, the top half looks very similar to the agriculture manifolds on the outside) And if so, is the bolt pattern the same as the agricultural 6 c

My suggestion would be to start upping your water till you get your cylinder temps to around 1200, then turn fuel up 25cc and see if they get hotter,. If they do, up your water to cool it back down and then turn your fuel up again. Keep doing this in small increments at a time until you get to were it lowers your temp when you turn up the fuel.
