Everything that has changed was discussed at the very first meeting. Cut tires was a good thing easier on clutches and dragging less dirt. Putting a modern turbo on is a no brainer. They’re not making you spend $4000. Also if you’re gonna post be a man and put your name. Nate Bottjen.

All the credit goes to the pullers. I can remember Hinton being under water days before the pull. Conditions were not ideal I understand but when the track was not even level at the start and the crew creates a hole and a mountain makes it a piss poor show. The grader guy did his best but barely lasted a class on east track. Again all credit I give to the pullers. LLP and Superfarm put on best sh

I don't know that's why I'm asking. I don't know never been around the product but from what I am guessing you mix it pour it and it forms around the sleeve that is in the block you run it your sleeves get worn out or damaged. When you drive the old ones out how do you know the new ones are going to fit perfect like the old ones did? And won't the hard block adhere to th

Just curious...when dry blocked how does one change sleeves? And how do you ensure sleeves are tight to the compound for good heat dispersion? Thinking about going dry next time we overhaul. Thanks guys! Hope everyone has and had a Merry Christmas!

Just from own experience. We had tires slip ever so slightly on steel rims. 18.4 38 radial firestones. Rim bead ribs were excellent and tires had only been dismounted 1 time and mounted 1 time. Tires would leak down between pulls. Right or wrong we had tubes and the neck had tears in them. Also we marked the rims and tires and would move after running 8500lb class. Not sure on horsepower we were

Where do you want that temp read before or after turbo? We take after turbo and are running 1300-1500. How much temp difference is there from before to after?

Had tractor split couple weeks ago to replace ta. While cleaning parts I noticed that the top shaft has some weird wear on the teeth where it couples. The shaft is out of a 706 and didn't have this damage when we put it in. Also when we put new ta in two years ago. Sorry for small area on picture. Maybe had 20 hooks in ta replacement. What are your guy's opinions? What are my options?

Have talked alot with dad on this. I only have cows and am young but he said the eighties was worse when he paid 18%+ on loans. We don't rent any land and alot of corn will walk. My opinion is it's your own dam fault. Yeah I know and believe in capitalism but if you didn't think history wouldn't repeat itself your a dam fool. But I'm sure the big guys will file and get bi

Pull was a joke. A antique pull would have been more exciting. No comparison to Lemars pull. Good luck next year. put your name if your going to bad mouth. If not shut it. Keep up the good work Kyle! Nate Bottjen

Have never ran cut tires but we used to have that problem. We increased pressure slowly until bounce went away. Effectively taking away unnecessary side wall flex.

I guess I'll go unhook my 806 from the feed wagon if i want to come pull in the open farm class in nebraska, since my all speed no power 1466 can't pull a progressive sled. is that what your saying matt? dad has pulled in nebraska a few times and had no problem with your sleds. i believe at norfolk he did quite well in the 7700 and 8700 lb classes this last winter. there are a few trac

WCIP 3000 rpm rules are steel flywheel or blanket, everybody else should have them , but I don't think it's in their rules. The farm stockers around here run better than some of the 3000's because the aren't running a P.O.S. 3LM. Unless you are running a DT 466 which that turbo was designed for. Oh well majority rules!!! I know a couple tractors from West central tha

We've ordered quite a few parts from Atlas. Never had a problem. Yeah we had to wait a few weeks but we had other things to work on, on the tractor. parts showed up right when we were ready for them. We paid for the parts and shipping the day we called. So i don't understand why you people have such problems. Plan ahead call before he gets busy. No different than when you have to get yo

you are fine checking it on the bottom. if you shim it be very careful because you could stack the springs and blow a gasket out. Hy Capacity has a spring kit to up the TA pressure. The spring kit is for a 1586.

we use evan's coolant. works great. doesn't boil like water and antifreeze. its spendy but well worth it. have hit 225 degrees on the coolant gauge and no problems. also helps prevent rusting.

I used a handy man Jack and my loader tractor. Left center screws tight. And very carefully applied pressure and then used a tire spoon and just to my time. Once it starts to go the rest is easy.

Whats your name pal? If your gonna throw that kind of crap you better put your name on the post or put your keyboard away.
Same for the rest of the people who want to bash different pulling groups or individuals.
