I didn't see a problem with any of the announcers, try doing it yourself, it's not easy. No announcer is going to please everyone in the stands.I don't get to see/hear Dan or Butch much, but I think both are good announcers. Dave is also a good announcer, just because he critiques things that happens during a pull so be it. Not everyone in the stands sees the little things that cau

Just read on the PPL website that Clint Tucker is the event coordinator for the Western Series for 2019. Smart move.

If you take the Western series points standings and look at the maximum number of vehicles to hook at a pull this year in each of the classes the outlaws had today you would come up with 8 LSS, 16 8500 limited pros, and 8 4wd giving you a grand total 32 hooks total so which show has more hooks?
If you want to compare, both associations pulled at the same venue at t

There are a lot of multi hook teams so why just complain about Chizeks. You have Esdon Lehn, Bauer and Koester in the mini rods, Craig Corzine in the 2 wheelers, Jake Zaring, Haggedorn's, Schramek's and I'm sure there are more. You cut everyone to one hook per driver and your probably going to start losing hooks at the pulls. That's not good for bus

I go to pulls all summer long and find places where people put blankets down. So what! Go sit somewhere else or get to the pull a little earlier, simple fix! I bet 90% of the people complaining are ones that show up 15 minutes before a pull is to start and expect to get a premium seat, I see it all the time!!

Don't know about anyone else, but I'm really getting sick and tired of all the comments about which pulling organization is the best, PPL or Outlaws. It's really simple folks, if you don't like the PPL shows stay home! If you don't like the Outlaw shows then stay home! But don't go to one of the shows and then get behind your computer and bad mouth that organization,

I have to agree that Dave is one of the best if not the best. I run into him 10-12 times every summer and he always has the time and courtesy to stop and visit. I've been all over the country to tractor pulls and I've yet to see any announcer any better! JMO

Both are very good pulls. Sounds like JDeere Puller is a little upset. Probably has never been to either pull if the truth was known. Must of finished last at the latest pedal pull!

Good pull both nights! I wish somehow they could fill the spots of the pullers who couldn't get their equipment ready. I know of a couple guys that sent their money in and it was returned. To bad they couldn't have a list of replacements and make the pullers that are signed up to verify that they are going to be there. JMO, but still a good show!

QuoteOutlaw prostock
I dont know how obvious this has to be but the Outlaws limit their motors to certain specifications to make their motors last longer, I would guarantee that the crowd doesn't know the difference between outlaw and ntpa/ppl events than a full blown pro stock. As you know the NTPA and PPL prostocks are so one sided its stupid, if you dont have 4 back up motors in those ass

I don't think the kill switch was pulled until the tractor was closer to the 300' mark, that's when it seemed like the tractor lost power. Don't know for sure. I was sitting close to the people who got hurt and the momentum from the sled caused it to hit the back of the tractor and pushed it about 25 to 30' into the people. Fortunately no one was seriously hurt, but it s

Was there Sat. nite and I thought the show was fine. The sound system wasn't the best, don't think all the speakers were working. Didn't see any problems with the ventilation. I thought the track crew done a fine job with what they had to work with, a little water would have helped things but overall things went well. JMO

First off, FBM, speak for yourself and not for the fair board. Brent and the other guys rented the grounds to run their show as they see fit. It's not the fair boards decision. Sometimes comments are better if one keeps them to themselves. Maybe if your so upset then at least be willing to sign your name to it. I personally helped work on the track and with the hand they were dealt with no m

The first year thier were no big blocks or cases that pulled with outlaws. Must not be very screwed up with over 25 tractors in class with a average of about 15 per event and 32 hooks lined up this year.
Not for sure but didn't the Black Cases and a couple other big blocks pull the first year they were trying to promote the class, then the next year the outlaws started

Did Bryce Terry and Rodney Knott use to pull a super farm D21 the Bounty Hunter at one time?
Yes they did, pulled mainly with NWMTPA. I think they sold it but not sure where it went. Rodney and his son now have the 4.1 Limited Pro Knotty Boyz IH 1066 and Bryce built the Hystrung tractor in the last couple years.
