do not even use the dump valve !,,its a ta killer,,throw the linkage in the trash.not need for tractor pulling.if you get on a gear bind, just shift to low, easy and never worry about the adjustment,,hytran is the only way to go, 400 psi and it will hold for a lot of yrs

curt is correct, that pump surely is out of balance, and maybe the fuel delivery is just too high on no. 6 .. have him recheck the phasing also,, a clyinder that is phased way early will knock,,

the fass pump is fine, its costly, but works very well, your stock charge pump will generally be ok up to about 360 cc's of fuel delivery, depending on how your pump was built,,,as far as the port closure setting and rpm,,,much after that and the pumps start to run out of fuel supply, hope that helps,,,,,you can also just add a sprayer pump to you final filter ..to supplement your oem pump, works

400 is too high to last... u need to put the gauge in the dump valve port, that reads direct pressures in the ta circuits,,,the bottom port will only give u readings in the generall return circuit from power steering, which is factory 185-250 ,tourque is critical 240 in, lbs

you can use the stock supply pump on a model 100 ,,up to a 13mm head, set at 60 to 80 psi,,,,,,15 or 16 mm heads will need a larger volume pump,,,also use a .010 orifice in the return . hyper sells a nice kit just for that setup,,,,,, its a belt drive, easy to install,,and i think its about 895.00,,,,,,,, and it works,,,,,,,,,call mike ricketts if u have any questions,410-259-7505
