I"m afraid you would end up with the same issue..
You will have to limit the charge pressure also. 15psi is going to flow a lot less than 700 psi.. I think you will just end up with really high charge pressures to try to compensate, which cause pump issues and or special pumps to be built.
It is a simple idea.

If you pull the pan check the Cam for wear at the oil pump drive gear.. Or pull the tach drive and check the oil pump drive gears. Normally with that many hrs the gears are getting pretty worn.

Are you using the internal brakes? if you are you should need most of the 4010 brakes and stub shaft. There is one other little thing that I can't remember.. line up pin.. or have to grind a small notch in one housing... Can't remember..

Start with a good trans.. pick your gears.. you can set them up so you can start with less hp.. as you add HP you flip the head set/input set to speed up the trans.. then if you need too, buy a different head set as you increase hp or change your setup..

Have you priced the parts? Crank, rods, pistons, liners?
I don't know of anyone that has done this for a field machine, but I have always wanted to... The 9.0L rods will not clear the 8.1 cam, and it will have to be notched. The 9.0L cam is moved a little and is a steel cam and machined to clear. (longer stroke and bigger Rod journals. )
There are pullers out there that have done th

Pretty sure this is the motor that WTW used..
The force that is used is hard to determine.. different weights, just changing the length of the steering arm on the top of the spindle will make a differance..
I don't remember the numbe of turns but it was a good ratio.. If you want easier to turn, go to a smaller motor, this will take more turns, but less force. Bigger motor, less

Not a Champion fan either... What issues did you have with the higher mixed fuel.. My experience.. (not on an IH) was that it took needed more fuel.. (I know every fuel is going to be a little different.. ( Changed from C12 to C16.. and had to redrill.)

Yup.. I know what you mean.. These are two out of the old TM... but there are no colors listed... and you probably already found them online somewhere.. Somewhere I have the electrical manual for these... have to look for it..
I'm hoping it will have some colors listed..

Look up a wiring diagram.. there's a small ground wire for one of the batteries that is mostly likely missing or disconnected.
I found this on a quick search...

I'm not an IH guy... but I think the IH has an open center hydraulic system.. so the pump would run all the time.. you would have to just turn on the pump when you needed to steer.. or look at a different valve.. or pump set up.. There have been a few threads about using the small belt driven automotive pump that would work.. (I know part of your goal is probably to get rid of belts.. but

Its just a name of a group... are they going to blow a little smoke on the drive... yea.. its probably going to happen... No different than a group of street cars/hot rods, getting together for a cruise.. more than likely someones going to do a burn out, and end up with a few street races... It's pretty common for groups of interested to travel together to an event.. drag racing/pulling/ca

I sure wouldn't think 2mm would affect it.. and I think you said it's a different bearing every time.. Or does it get the thrust every time with another bearing?? I couldn't exactly tell from the pics, if it was the thrust this time.. One picture it looked like it was.. then the picture with all 7 caps it didn't...
I actually like your idea of the extra oil the the thrust.
